Hats off to Nike caps.Today is PINK Day.

Just recently, my Kswiss Ultimate Tennis League sent me a 25.00 coupon towards anything at the PGA Superstore. How unbelievable is that? Like, I'm not Venus Williams or Roger Federer, you know.

So, after my tennis match last Sunday, I headed over to see what I could find.

The choices were many in this warehouse sized store. I found tennis shoes, tennis dresses, tennis raquets, tennis socks, tennis skirts, tennis jackets...If you can use it or wear it for tennis, it was there.

But then, I saw what I had come for...

The Nike pink cap of my dreams. The one I had been looking for for over a year now. Seriously.

And the cost? 20.00. So I bought a few energy bars..Okay, I admit one of the bars was a Kit Kat bar. And even with tax, I got out of there without spending one single penny.

It was like a dream come true. An actual Chloe Pink moment.

I declare Monday is PINK day!

Actually, Peeblet, declared it. She's good like that. Great idea, Peeblet! Keep 'em coming.

So yeah..Today kicks off PINK day as part of my new weekly blog editorial calendar. That sounds sorta official and buttoned up and all that, doesn't it? Yeah..so anyways..from now on, every Monday, come see me and I'll tell you about something pink that is tres bonbon (very sweet!)

Today's PINK tip is the new Birthday Cake Lollipop I just discovered at one of mine and Pete's favorite cafes. It's called Starbucks. Ever heard of it?

But don't let the name of it fool ya. It doesn't have to be your birthday to enjoy it. In fact, treat yourself to one whenever you want to be as happy as you are on your birthday. Why that could be any day at all! Right?

Anyways, Starbucks calls this cute little cake sucker on a stick a "Petite." Maybe because they're just as pretty as a French petit four. (Translation: small oven. So evidently these "petites" are not only incredibly delicious, making them is a real space saver as well.)

Other Petites at Starbucks include Rocky Road (shown) and Tiramisu lollipops. They each cost 1.50, but are two for 2.50. Plus there's a red velvet whoopie pie, salted caramel square, mini cupcakes and more -- all made with premium ingredients and fewer than 200 calories. Which means that, mom, if you're counting calories, you can still have your cake and eat it too. Bah dum bah!

Only now, it's round like your world, delectably dipped in dainty pink frosting with cute little white sprinkles on top. And I don't have to remind you how I feel about sprinkles. Do I?

I dedicate today's EOD (Every Other Daily) to all of my teachers K-12, college and beyond. I've had so many teachers, coaches and mentors in my life outside of academia, at work, etc. Here are my actual school teachers who have influenced my life the most...and continue to do so. That's sort of the really amazing part, huh? (I am forever grateful to each and every one of them.) So, what about you? Who would put on your list? And why?

Chloe Pink™ Every Other Daily: 3/2

Dear You:
How are you? I'm thinking fantastic!

My name is Chloe Pink
. I'm a cartoon spokesperson for girls. I say "Follow your dreams, girls!"

It's like I'm one of those big-time motivational speakers you see on TV...Only I don't work conference rooms at the Hyatt. So I don't need a podium, a microphone or even a glass of water to keep my throat from cracking.

Nope. All I need to do my job BETTER is to get a few more gigs like the ones I'm pointing out in the picture. Having more venues -- a fancy word for magazines, books, girls organizations websites, etc. -- is how I'll be able to reach my audience! (Girls) And how I'll be able to make a difference in their lives!

You see all I want to do is uplift and inspire girls to believe in themselves! (And sure, boys too. Why not?!)

So that's where you come in. I'm actually asking YOU for a favor. Would you mind calling your Aunt Phoebs' today...You know-the one who owns that publishing company on 5th Avenue in NYC. Or simply mention me to your BFF from high school who's now a VP of Girl Scouts next time you meet for coffee? You could also text your son, Henry who art directs for Parent Magazine and ask him to give me a buzz. Actually, please ask your peeps to contact my peep: HER name is Kelly Liddell. HER email is: Kelly4ChloePink@gmail.com HER title is National Director of Sales & Development. If you think HER job sounds important, it is!

And with your help, WE will soon be helping more and more and more and more girls believe in themselves and follow their dreams. Honestly, I simply can't imagine anything better than that? Can you?
