Chloe Pink™ Every Other Daily: 3/2
Dear You:How are you? I'm thinking fantastic!
My name is Chloe Pink™. I'm a cartoon spokesperson for girls. I say "Follow your dreams, girls!"
It's like I'm one of those big-time motivational speakers you see on TV...Only I don't work conference rooms at the Hyatt. So I don't need a podium, a microphone or even a glass of water to keep my throat from cracking.
Nope. All I need to do my job BETTER is to get a few more gigs like the ones I'm pointing out in the picture. Having more venues -- a fancy word for magazines, books, girls organizations websites, etc. -- is how I'll be able to reach my audience! (Girls) And how I'll be able to make a difference in their lives!
You see all I want to do is uplift and inspire girls to believe in themselves! (And sure, boys too. Why not?!)
So that's where you come in. I'm actually asking YOU for a favor. Would you mind calling your Aunt Phoebs' today...You know-the one who owns that publishing company on 5th Avenue in NYC. Or simply mention me to your BFF from high school who's now a VP of Girl Scouts next time you meet for coffee? You could also text your son, Henry who art directs for Parent Magazine and ask him to give me a buzz. Actually, please ask your peeps to contact my peep: HER name is Kelly Liddell. Chloe Pink™ Every Other Daily: 2/28
Did you see the Oscars last night? Did you hear the winners' speeches? Everyone seemed to be thanking many people....their supporters! We all need them you know. (Not just actors.)
So, I dedicate today's cartoon to all you supporters out there. You know who you are! The teachers, the coaches, the parents, the friends...Anyone and everyone who has ever been there for another person. Young or old. During good times and not so good times to show that you care...To give a much needed boost of support. To pat someone else on the back. To tell someone to follow their dreams.
I've been lucky to have supporters of my creativity all through my life. From my parents to a few teachers to the person who gave me my first shot in the ad agency business.
Daily I have my family, my friends and my Chloe Pink family. This weekend, I had the support of several professional performers who helped me at the Young Audiences workshop. I was totally outside of my comfort zone trying to learn more about Arts In Education performances. It amazed me to receive real guidance and support of several incredibly talented YA performers I met at Woodruff Arts Center this past weekend. Thanks you guys!
This helps you grow in life. This helps you reach towards your goals. With the support of others. So I dedicate to this cartoon today to all you supporters out there. We, me, you, him, her, she, they couldn't do it without you!

Chloe Pink™ Every Other Daily: 2/23
Ten things you may not know about Chloe Pink™:1) Chloe Pink™ has been in Sharna Fulton's brain since she was seven or eight years old. She was first actually put to paper in 2006 at Myrtle Beach (several years later.)
2) Chloe Pink's best friend is Pete, a Scottish Terrier Mutt. He's always got her back. That's how you know he's her BFF.
3) Chloe Pink™ is the cartoon spokesperson for girls. She believes in herself and wants all other girls to believe in themselves, too.
4) Chloe Pink™ will share the stage with Owen Green in the next "Doodle 'n' Dream Coloring Book." Coming soon -- because boys should follow their dreams, too.
5 Chloe Pink has other friends, too: Brooklyn™, JenBall™, Maria Chocolata™ and Owen Green™.
6) Chloe Pink™ has a National Director of Sales and Development. Sounds important, huh? Her name is Kelly Liddell and CP couldn't do it without her. No way! No how. Nuh UH!
7) Chloe Pink™ loves to hang out at the cafe with Pete. The name of the cafe is "Cow and Beanwater™ .
8) Chloe Pink™ is accepting of all people and animals, etc. She's anti-bully and pro good vibes!
9) Chloe Pink™ believes that creativity is the key that unlocks every girl's (and boy's) sense of self confidence. She and Sharn' talk at schools and Girl Scout meetings and book stores and cafes all over Atlanta to encourage and show kids how to tap into their own creativity. I must say that the person who inspired this drawing is, well, not a person. I love you Petey. BUT, that said, I'm also thankful for the friendship -n- support of Coach B, Carol, Kelly, Joan, Darlene, John, Tamra, Jacoby, Peeblet to name a few...Oh dear. I know I forgot a bunch o' you. Welcome to Chloe Pink™ Every Other Daily
Finally....it's here. What you haven't really been waiting for at all! Nevertheless, it's your every other daily dose of in-spo-ra-tion from Chloe Pink™, Pete and co.Sometimes it may make you laugh. Sometimes it may make you think. (Don't worry. It won't hurt.) Sometimes it may make you feel good about yourself. Sometimes, it will motivate you to make pink lemonade as today's cartoon surely will. Yet, other times, there may be no reaction at all.
But what do you have to lose by subscribing to Chloe Pink™ Every Other Daily? For one thing, it's not like it's uh every day. Also, it is usually very colorful and made with 100% magic markers on 8 1/2 x 11" copy paper. Then, it is scanned on an HP Officejet 6300 All-In-On Printer. Finally, it is retouched in HP Photosmart and uploaded onto this blog and CP's Facebook page for your viewing convenience. We've made the whole process so incredibly simple here at CP HQ that all YOU have to do is click, view and chuckle. (That's only if you chuckle. You may actually giggle or laugh like a hyena or smile very crookedly.)
